• Phone number — collected when you call a business whose phone is answered by our service.
• Call recordings and transcripts — calls answered by the service may be recorded and automatically transcribed so the business can review the conversation and follow up.
• Booking and inquiry details— information you provide on the call, such as your name, callback number, email address, the service you’re asking about, and requested appointment times.
• Call metadata — the time, duration, and outcome of calls handled by the service.

How we use your information

• To answer your call and help you on the business’s behalf.
• To check availability, hold, book, change, or cancel appointments you request, including writing them to the business’s calendar.
• To give the business a transcript, an automated summary, and any follow-up tasks from your call so they can respond. Summaries are generated by an automated AI system.
• To send booking-related notifications on the business’s behalf (for example an email or, where enabled, a text confirmation of your appointment).
• Where the service sends SMS, to honor opt-out and HELP requests in compliance with TCPA and CTIA guidelines.

Information we do not share

• We do not sell your phone number, call recordings, or transcripts to any third party.
• We do not use your information for marketing purposes outside of the specific business you contacted.
• We do not share your information with affiliates of the businesses using our service.

Service providers

To operate the service, we use the following service providers, all of whom are bound by their own privacy and security commitments:

• Retell AI (voice call handling, recording, and transcription)
• Supabase (data storage)
• Google (calendar synchronization for the business’s appointments)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Vercel (application hosting)

Data retention

We retain call recordings, transcripts, and booking details for as long as the business using our service requires them to operate their customer relationship, or until you request deletion. Phone numbers on any opt-out list are retained indefinitely to honor your preference.

Your rights

• Ask to speak with a human at any time on a call answered by the service — the business will follow up directly.
• Where the service sends SMS, opt out at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or OPTOUT), and get help by replying HELP or INFO.
• Request deletion of your call recordings, transcripts, or booking history by contacting us at the email below.
